My wife Karmen and I want to congratulate Bill on his 20^th anniversary with SUPERCROSS.  Words cannot describe the excitement that we all share in bringing these two families together under one banner.  You may have seen a couple of our riders tearing up the track on Bill’s newest master piece, the SUPERCROSS “ENVY, at the Land O’Lakes national in MN.  As our riders took hot laps on the Green Machine they quickly realized that this frame is the real deal. 

The SUPERCROSS ENVY is the next variation of their World Famous EVO Race Frames.  It is incredibly clear that they are continuing to push the edge of the Aluminum Race Frame technology.  The new SUPERCORSS BMX ENVY race frame has roots that run so deep others would kill for its pedigree.  Hand built from custom spec’ed Easton ultra light taper wall tube set, while maintaining the World Championship, ABA and NBL Pro Title winning full race geometry you end up with a Pro size race frame that tips the scales at a scant 2.75lbs.   With this newest frame added into the SUPERCROSS arsenal it makes the line a perfect fit for our family of riders.

Any upper Midwest BMX racer or fan will tell you that once the sun starts to shine high in the sky and the warmth returns melting the winter chill people seem to catch racing fever.  It drives hundreds of new and seasoned riders to step up there training and begin making their racing plans.  One group leading the way for those with the fever is Mikes Bikes Factory Race team.  Some of our riders Hyper with excitement headed to Louisiana for the Cajun Nationals held on April 17-19^th.  One of the team’s newest sponsors Maxis tires helped the team carve out two solid finishes during the events team competition.  Individually Krista Bernick pulled down a couple of Aces in the 11 girl class, as if that weren’t enough she also grabbed another win in the open mixed class racing.  Krista like one of the teams other proud sponsors can just flat out fly! Thanks to all the gang at Fly BMX racing for helping to make our riders look as good as they race and for helping to set them up with the latest in top shelf BMX racing parts.  Our other female riders also had some success as the Danger Queen Kate Deters road hard in pulling in a pair of 5^th place finishes.  With Kaitlyn Larson you might not hear her rolling along with the Stealth Hubs but you can sure bet lots of riders could see her as she put in a great performance with a couple of 2^nd place finishes.  Trenton DuVall has long been a tough rider pushing the pack in the 12X class and this year sporting the new Alienation and Kovachi sponsored bling is no different.  The tornado was ripping and tearing his way to a couple of 3^rd place finishes.  Nick Deters had a busy weekend for the team pulling in a 5^th and 6^th place finish in the always stacked 10X class, he also scored a 4^th and 5^th place finish on the cruiser.  Elliot “the big guy” McGrath road very well in the 17-18X class and like another proud sponsor Tangent he was Sleek, smooth, powerful, and fast taking home a second on Saturday then fighting his way back from a crash to take 4^th on Sunday.   Those of you in attendance may have noticed the new rolling 24’ store front at the national.  The new store was necessary to bring to you all of the awesome products that have helped to make our force to pay attention to.   With our new on-line e-bay store we can set you up as well, just click and pick.
